The Perlant opened in January 2025 in the former Seasons 52 space at Two Buckhead Plaza, 3050 Peachtree Road. CEO Christian Ries, a Level One Sommelier who grew up in Stellenbosch wine country in South Africa and relocated to Atlanta in 2017, developed the concept through Atlanta Ventures' Studio Entrepreneur program. Wine director Elizabeth Dames joined from Capital City Club. The 9,900-square-foot space was designed by ai3 with fluid curves referencing organic grapevine forms, light woods, washed rust and sage tones, and a barrel-vaulted private dining room with a Tommy Taylor plaster mural.
