The Chandelier | The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Three bars and three cocktail menus stacked inside a 65-foot, two-million-crystal structure on the Strip. Level 1.5 opens at 5pm with the culinary list.

The Chandelier opened with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in December 2010. Designer David Rockwell hung a sixty-five-foot cascade of more than two million crystal beads through three storeys of the property and put a bar on each level inside it. Level 1 feeds off the casino floor, Level 1.5 sits enclosed in the crystal and opens only in the evening, and Level 2 looks down over the whole structure. A multi-year renovation is in progress with a 2027 finish; the first phase is complete.

What is the difference between the three levels?

What are the hours?

The main bar is open 24 hours. Level 1.5 runs 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily. Level 2 runs 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

Can you reserve?

Yes — reservations and bottle service are handled through the venue's own SevenRooms page.

Is there a spirit-free menu?

Yes, and it is built out rather than tacked on — the Sans-Gria, the Phony White Negroni and the Sparkling Maui Wowie sit on the current list.

Who designed it?

David Rockwell, for the opening of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in December 2010. A phased renovation is running through 2027.
