Lee's Family Forum opened its doors in March 2022, built in partnership between the Vegas Golden Knights and the City of Henderson to give Nevada's second-largest city a year-round venue. It is operated by SK Arena LLC under Foley Entertainment Group. Alongside the arena bowl, the building houses the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame, Craggy Range Sports Bar and Grill, and The Saddlery team store, with an indoor/outdoor plaza at the main entrance.
