The Punk Rock Museum opened its doors on April 1, 2023 at 1422 Western Avenue in Las Vegas, on the blocks between the Arts District and I-15. It covers more than 45 years of punk's effect on music, fashion, film and popular culture across two floors, and it was built as a hands-on room for lifelong fans and first-timers alike rather than as a specialist archive.
Guided tours are led by working punk musicians on rotating weekend blocks, usually at 12:30 and 4:00. Three Star Punk Bar, the Vinyl Threat record store and a tattoo shop share the building with the collection.

The museum is accessible in accordance with ADA requirements, with an accessible front entrance and ADA toilets on both floors. There is no elevator, but there is a stair lift. ASL assistance can be arranged with a week's notice.
