LIV opened in Miami Beach in 2008, inside the original Fontainebleau, the same year XS opened at Wynn and the Las Vegas megaclub era began. When Jeff Soffer reacquired the stalled Las Vegas Fontainebleau in 2021, he brought David Grutman's Groot Hospitality with him, and LIV opened here on December 13, 2023, the resort's first night after sixteen years of stop-start construction. Komodo and Papi Steak came from the same portfolio. LIV Beach, the 35,000-square-foot dayclub next door, followed in 2024.
David Rockwell tiered the room like a stadium so all 62 tables read the DJ booth. The stage tables beside the booth go first. Doors Friday through Sunday, 10:30pm to 4am.

What are LIV's hours?
Friday through Sunday, 10:30pm to 4am. LIV Beach, the adjacent dayclub, runs 11:30am to 6pm on the same days.
What is the dress code?
Upscale fashion attire. Swimwear, athletic apparel, jerseys, shorts and loungewear are refused at the door, and management reserves the right of entry.
How do I get a table?
Table requests go through the reservation form on LIV's own site. Banquettes and private skyboxes are both bookable; the stage tables beside the DJ booth are the most requested.
Is there an age restriction?
Twenty-one and over, with government-issued photo identification required at the door. Coat check is inside the venue by the restrooms.
