Bouchon at The Venetian | Las Vegas
Thomas Keller's bistro on the tenth floor: pewter bar, Paulin Paris murals, roast chicken, and a real Strip breakfast.
Keller opened Bouchon at the Venetian in 2004, carrying his Yountville bistro into a Strip resort. Adam D. Tihany designed the Las Vegas room to hold the original's atmosphere at a much larger scale: a classic mosaic floor, a pewter bar, antique light fixtures, and hand-painted murals running through the space by the French artist Paulin Paris. It sits on the tenth floor rather than off the casino floor, with an outdoor patio, so service runs from breakfast through dinner in daylight.
Tenth floor with a patio attached, so you eat in daylight. The bistro canon does not move here: roast chicken, steak frites, croque madame, and blackboard specials in handwriting.

Common questions
Where in the resort is Bouchon?
On the tenth floor, not off the casino floor, with an outdoor patio attached.
Does Bouchon serve breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast and weekend brunch are both served, alongside dinner. That is unusual for a restaurant of this level on the Strip.
Who designed the room?
Adam D. Tihany, in 2004. The room carries a classic mosaic floor, a pewter bar, antique light fixtures and hand-painted murals by the French artist Paulin Paris.
What should I order?
The roast chicken or steak frites at dinner, the croque madame in the morning, and whatever is written on the blackboard that day. Finish with the pot de creme or the lemon tart.
