A 1950s-style supper club in Wynn's Tower Suites enclave: live band through dinner, Art Deco rooms, and Delilah's Chicken Nuggets & Caviar.
Wynn Las Vegas and The h.wood Group opened Delilah on July 14, 2021 inside the Tower Suites enclave. Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn Design & Development's chief creative officer, drew the room from the showrooms and supper clubs that defined Las Vegas in the 1950s, layering Parisian salon influences and Art Deco detailing across multiple levels of dining, cocktails and performance. Bauman joined Wynn Las Vegas in 2008 and held leadership roles at The Buffet at Wynn and Jardin before taking this kitchen. Earlier in his career he worked with the teams behind Society Cafe and Alex Stratta's Stratta, then The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
Inside Wynn's Tower Suites enclave, next door to Wing Lei. Dinner runs daily 5 to 10 with a live band working through it. Order Delilah's Chicken Nuggets & Caviar. After 7 p.m. the room is 21 and over.
Delilah is a supper club at Wynn Las Vegas serving American shellfish, steak and caviar with live music nightly. Reservations run through SevenRooms; the entry lounge, Little Bubble Bar, is walk-in only.
