Gino Ferraro emigrated from Calabria and opened a six-table deli and pizzeria with Rosalba Ferraro in 1985. It grew into a family-owned Italian restaurant on Paradise Road, just east of the Las Vegas Strip, still run by the Ferraros. Gino's son Mimmo now serves as executive chef. The wine program grew alongside the kitchen into a temperature-controlled cellar of more than 1,800 labels and roughly 22,000 bottles, concentrated on native Italian varieties.
