L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon | MGM Grand

Counter dining around a red-tiled open kitchen at MGM Grand: langoustine fritter, quail with foie gras, and a nine-course tasting menu from Anthony Taormina.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon occupies the space directly next door to the Robuchon signature restaurant inside MGM Grand on Las Vegas Boulevard. The room follows the Paris atelier template that started as a 40-seat counter restaurant: a central open kitchen, seating wrapped around it, and a shorter, less formal path through the same cooking. Anthony Taormina took over the kitchen in June 2023 and built the current nine-course tasting menu.

The counter is the seat. Black countertops, red leather chairs, a red-tiled open kitchen you eat two feet from. Order the langoustine fritter with basil pesto and let the nine-course menu run.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon sits immediately beside the Joël Robuchon dining room at MGM Grand and cooks the same repertoire in a counter format around an open kitchen. Nine-course French and vegetarian tasting menus run nightly under chef Anthony Taormina.
