The original Peter Luger has stood in Williamsburg, Brooklyn since 1887, and the house style it set - bowtied servers, the sauce on the table, schlag with dessert - shaped most American steakhouses that followed. The Caesars Palace room, which opened in November 2023, is the company's first domestic expansion in sixty years, joining Great Neck, New York, and Tokyo. It runs 8,700 square feet, with soaring ceilings, bronze chandeliers, brick archways, and photographs of the restaurant's 135-year history along the walls. A custom 4,000-square-foot dry-aging box sits one floor below the dining room. The one addition Las Vegas made to the Brooklyn menu is a shellfish tower.
The porterhouse is sold as Steak for Two, Three or Four, dry-aged in a custom 4,000-square-foot box one floor below the room, then broiled near 1,000 degrees and sliced at the table by a bowtied server.
