Wing Lei | Chinese Fine Dining at Wynn Las Vegas
Cantonese, Shanghai and Szechuan cooking at Wynn Las Vegas, with Imperial Peking Duck carved tableside and windows onto a private Chinese garden.
Wing Lei occupies a room in the Wynn Tower Suites next to Delilah, built with gold walls, jade accents and floor-to-ceiling windows facing a private Chinese garden. Outside the glass, a gilded dragon stands among century-old pomegranate trees imported from China, a view the Review-Journal singled out when it reviewed the restaurant in July 2013 along with the water feature and the row of golden urns. Chef Tam Kwok Fung, who runs Chef Tam's Seasons at Wynn Palace in Macau, leads the creative direction here and shapes the menu with the Las Vegas culinary team.
