The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | All-Suite Strip Hotel

All-suite on the Las Vegas Strip since 1999: Luxury Suites of 650 to 750 sq ft, a two-acre pool deck, Canyon Ranch, and gondolas on the Grand Canal.

The Venetian opened on May 3, 1999 on the site of the old Sands, built by Sheldon Adelson as an all-suite resort attached to a convention business. It has since grown into a resort complex with more than 4,000 suites across the Venetian and Palazzo towers. A full redesign of the guest suites is currently under way, alongside a separate reworking of the Venetian Expo convention space. CEO and president Patrick Nichols marked the resort's 25th anniversary in 2024 by describing it to the Las Vegas Review-Journal as Adelson's tribute to Venice.

All-suite since 1999: the entry-level Luxury Suite runs 650 to 750 square feet, roughly double a standard Strip room. Ask for a Venetian tower suite and the gondola dock is at your elevator bank.

An all-suite Las Vegas Strip resort opened in 1999 with more than 4,000 suites across the Venetian and Palazzo towers. Best suited to travelers who want floor space, on-property dining from named chefs, and walking access to Sphere and the Venetian Expo.
