Wynn Las Vegas | 640 sq ft Rooms, Fazio Golf

A Las Vegas Strip resort since 2005: 640-square-foot rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass, a Tom Fazio golf course on the old Desert Inn ground, and two spas.

Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005, built on the site of the Desert Inn, whose course had hosted the PGA Tour's first Tournament of Champions in 1953. The golf survived the demolition: Tom Fazio redesigned the layout and it reopened in October 2019 at par 70 over 6,804 yards. The resort shares its site and its amenities with Encore next door, and marked twenty years on the Strip in 2025.

Rooms start at 640 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass and a bedside tablet that runs the drapes and the lights. The Tom Fazio golf course sits behind the tower, 18 holes on the old Desert Inn ground.
